WHY THIS PROGRAM IS DIFFERENT AND WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE YOU START
The Dat Booty by DB program is a strength training program which may differ from other standard exercise programs you have been exposed to. In order to build your glutes, you need to perform your strength workouts following the principle of progressive overload. This means that you progressively build upon your workouts as you work through your program. To achieve glute growth, you should be performing the same strength workouts at least 4 times throughout the month, aiming to slightly increase intensity in performance each week and aiming for near-maximum performance by the end of the month.
You are given 5 workouts to perform each week throughout the month of training, each workout is performed 4 times in total. This repetition is sufficient to allow you to progress and improve on the movements before the introduction of a new program for the following month.
You may be used to seeing programs that throw 20+ different workouts at you throughout the month, forever changing your training style to keep things “interesting.” Now if you’re looking for entertainment then I’m sure there’s plenty of free workouts online to keep you occupied however if you’re looking for results then Dat Booty by DB programming is here for you.
There’s no shortcutting the glute building process. It takes work, consistency, and time. Each month you will be equipped with workouts and training tips to help you build some glorious glutes, you just need to stay consistent to see the results. It takes time to build your booty.
